Download your data

Get a copy of everything about your account and what you shared, as a ZIP, any time.

  1. Open Settings and find Your data.
  2. Choose Download your data. If you signed in a while ago, choose Sign in again first; it keeps your data safe.
  3. Your download starts: a ZIP named for today. A large account can take a minute. The link works for ten minutes; ask again any time (up to 10 a day).

What’s in it

  • Your account: name, email, date of birth, profile, plan, badge and how you sign in.
  • Flyers and photos you shared, with their pictures, and what EventBuzza read from your flyers.
  • Event posts, comments, plans, hosted events (how many registered), follows and the emails you chose, Check it answers and reports.
  • Venues you manage or help run, what you put on their pages, changes you suggested to other hosts’ events, newsletters you sent and got, and when you signed in.

Each list is a JSON file you can open in a text editor; README.txt explains them. Other people’s details aren’t included: not who registered for your events, who follows your venue, or who reported something you shared.
