Your venue’s page

Run your venue from the Venue Manager: its name and address, logo, main image, photos, hours, phone, website, social links, theme and color.

1. Open your venue’s page on EventBuzza while signed in: a bar at the top says You manage this venue, with Open the Venue Manager and links straight to each part. Parts of the page you may change show Edit. (Or choose Open the Venue Manager on Home or in Your venues.) It opens on its own, with a menu of everything you can do there and, on a wide screen, a preview of your public page.
2. Overview shows what waits for you and what your page still needs.
3. Page & brand: write what it’s like, add a website, phone, email and your social links, accessibility notes, then choose a Theme and a Page color and Save. Your page shows it at once.
4. Hours & specials: your weekly hours, holiday and special hours, and your regular specials (see Hours and specials).
5. Photos: tick that you took the photos or may share them, then add a logo, a main image for the top of your page and up to 24 photos. Use the arrows to put them in order.
6. Name & address: to rename your venue or move it, choose the new name, or Change the address… and find the new one with Search, say why, and choose Ask to change it. EventBuzza staff check it first; your page’s address stays, so links and followers keep working. How many people it holds changes as soon as you save: events hosted there can’t be for more people than that.

• Themes change how your page looks: Classic (your name over your cover), Bold (a block of your color, big capitals), Minimal (light and quiet, your cover framed), Night (dark all the way down), Warm (classic type on cream) and Poster (a tall cover, your name set large). Each works with your color, on phones and computers, in light and dark mode.
• Photos are checked automatically, like every photo on EventBuzza. Most show at once; one the check isn’t sure about says Waiting for the team until someone looks.
• A new logo or cover replaces the old one once it’s checked. Remove takes a photo off your page and deletes it.
• Hosted events at your venue are listed on its page with the events from flyers.
• Your page shows this while you manage the venue. If your Venue plan ends, it stays as it is, but you can’t change it until the plan is back. EventBuzza can change or take back any venue page.

Good to know: What you write is checked like comments are. If something can’t be shown, change it and save again.
