Manage the venue you run
With the Venue plan, ask to manage your venue’s page, or for a new venue, in Your venues. The team checks each request; EventBuzza keeps the venue.
- Open Your venues (it comes with the Venue plan), or choose Manage this page on the venue’s page.
- Find it by name: a venue on EventBuzza, or a venue page made from flyers.
- Choose Ask to manage, say how you run it (operator, manager, staff or booker), and give a business phone, email or website the team can check.
- Say how we can check you run it, and for a venue page how many people fit. Choose Send request.
- The team checks it, usually by calling or writing to the details you gave, and approves or declines it. You’ll see the result, and any message from the team, in Your venues.
- A venue’s page has one manager, and every venue stays EventBuzza’s: you manage its page. If someone else already manages it, write to hello@eventbuzza.com.
- Once you manage it, its page says Verified venue, you can host events there, and you can make its page yours (see Your venue’s page), and other hosts’ events there wait for your OK (see Events at your venue).
- You can Withdraw a request while it waits. The details you give are seen only by the team.
Your venue isn’t on EventBuzza yet
- In Your venues, choose Ask for a new venue.
- Type its name and choose Search, then pick it from the places found, so we know where it is. Say how many people fit.
- Say how you run it and how we can check, as above, and choose Send request.
- The team checks you run it and that it isn’t on EventBuzza already, then adds it with its own page, and you manage it.
- Venues stay unique. If it’s already here (the same name in its town, or the same address), you’re shown it: choose Ask to manage it instead.
- For public or commercial places. A home can’t have a venue page; hosts can hold events at their own home from Hosting.
