Comments and photos at your venue

Reply to comments as your venue, approve photos sent without an account, and take down or put back comments and photos on your venue’s pages.

Open your venue’s Venue Manager from Your venues and choose Comments & photos. It covers your venue’s page and the events listed there (their flyers’ comments too).

  • Photos waiting for you: people sent these without an account. Approve puts one on the event’s page; Don’t approve deletes it.
  • Comments and Photos on events here, newest first: Take down… with a reason. The person who wrote or shared it sees your reason.
  • Taken down by you: Put back brings one back.

Reply as your venue

Managers and venue administrators answer comments as the venue: choose Reply as your venue under a comment, write, and Post reply. Your reply shows under the comment as your venue, with your logo, its name linking to your page and the Verified venue mark. To write on your own page, use Write on your page as your venue at the top of Comments.

Replies follow every comment’s rules: no links, email addresses or phone numbers (your page has your website and phone), the automatic check, and reports. You can change or delete what you wrote from the page, like any comment you wrote. The EventBuzza team sees who wrote each reply.

What the team handles

The automatic checks already take down what they catch, and anything they’re unsure about waits for the EventBuzza team, not you. The team can put back anything you took down, and you can’t put back what the team took down.

Good to know: Take something down when it breaks EventBuzza’s rules or isn’t fair to your venue or your guests, not because it’s critical. People trust a venue page more when honest comments stay.

Still need help?

Write to us at hello@eventbuzza.com and say what you were trying to do, on which page, and what happened. A screenshot helps. To report a flyer, event, comment or photo, use its Report button so the team sees exactly what you mean.
