QR codes and a print kit for your venue

A door poster, counter cards, what’s on and a flyer for each event, each with a QR code; and your code to download.

In the Venue Manager, choose QR & print. Each item opens in a new tab, letter size and ready to print: choose Print and print at 100%.

  • Door poster: your name and a large code to your page, for the door or the window.
  • Counter cards: four small cards to a page, to cut out for tables and the counter.
  • What’s on: your next month’s events, each with its own code.
  • Event flyers: a flyer for each listed event coming up (Print flyer), with its flyer picture, when and where, and its code. Hosted events are on What’s on instead.
  • Your QR code: download it as SVG (sharp at any size, for designers and print shops) or PNG for your own posters and menus.

Each code opens your page or the event’s page. Insights counts the people who open them by scanning (From your QR codes); nothing else is kept about them. The codes stay the same, so posters you printed keep working.

The print kit comes once your venue has its page on EventBuzza.
