Social accounts and sharing your venue
Show your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other accounts at the top of your venue’s page, and share your venue in a tap.
Open Social & sharing in the Venue Manager. It has two parts.
Your social accounts
- Each site has its own box: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Bluesky, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Type your name on that site, like @yourvenue, or paste your page’s address from the app. Leave a site empty if you’re not on it.
- Choose Save social accounts. They show at once at the top of your venue’s page, under its name, so people can follow you there. Check it opens your… under each box opens the account, to be sure it’s yours.
Share your venue
- Copy link copies your page’s full address, ready for your bio, a post or a message. Share the link (on phones) opens your phone’s share menu.
- Share on Facebook and Share on X open a post with your page’s link; the post shows your page’s picture, and tapping it opens your page.
- For Instagram and TikTok there are two ready-made pictures with your main image, your name, what’s coming up and your page’s address: a Story and a Post. On a phone, Share the Story picture copies your link at the same time: in Instagram, add a Link sticker and paste it, so people can tap through. Posts don’t make links tappable, so Share the Post picture copies the caption; put your page’s link in your bio too.
- For your door and counter, see QR codes and a print kit.
Good to know: Pages made before Social & sharing had their social accounts among their other links; EventBuzza moved the first link to each site into its own box. Check them once.
