Add or cancel dates of a published series

Add dates or cancel one date of a published series without a new review. People registered for a canceled date are told.

Add dates

1. Open the series’ Setup tab and find Dates (or Events in the program).
2. Choose Add dates, pick a date (use Another date for more, up to 12 at a time) and Save.
3. People can register for them straight away.

New dates start at the series’ usual time and last the playbook’s length; a program’s events each get a name and a time. Dates can be up to 26 weeks ahead, and a series has up to 52.

Cancel one date

1. Choose Cancel this date beside it.
2. Optionally write Your message to them; if you leave it empty, we write a short note that the date is off and the other dates are still on.
3. Choose Cancel the date. Registrations for it end, and their Plans say the date was canceled.
4. Choose Copy on the ready-made message and send it from your own email, then I sent it.

Good to know: The last date left can’t be canceled this way, because that calls off the series: write to hello@eventbuzza.com and the team will cancel it.
