Event pages, calendars and sharing

Every event has a permanent page with its flyer, a map, Add to calendar and pictures ready for Instagram and TikTok.

  • The flyer comes first, with Full size and a link to it in the flyer gallery, then when and where, what the flyer says, and a map.
  • Add to calendar downloads the event for Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar. Directions opens your maps app.
  • Series and repeating events say Repeats and list their next dates; events from the same flyer are linked.
  • Share on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X has a Story and a Post picture to save or share, a caption to copy, and a short link.
  • Its venue is named and linked, with ✓ Verified venue when the people who manage the venue’s page run the place.
  • Check it: members say whether it’s still on, happening now or happened (see Check it, badges, points and levels).
  • People who went can add photos and members can leave comments.

After an event, its page stays as part of the EventBuzza archive and says it has ended. A page taken off EventBuzza says Event removed.
