Your flyers and event posts
See what happened to everything you shared, fix details, set the exact spot, or withdraw it.
Flyers
In Flyers each flyer says where it is (In the gallery, Checking, Waiting for a quick check, Hidden by the team, Not accepted) and what became of its event (Looking for its event, Event on the map, Stays a flyer, Event is over and so on).
- Open a flyer to fix any detail the reader got wrong: name, date, times, venue, address, town, price, ages, category, performers and more. Your fixes are kept even if the flyer is read again.
- Set the exact spot pins the event on the map; List the event lists it once its details are right.
- Withdraw takes it out of the gallery. People who spotted the same flyer keep their own photos.
- Creating events from flyers is for ages 18 and over; younger members’ flyers stay in the gallery.
Event posts
In Event posts you can edit a post while it waits or while it’s on the map, and Withdraw it (it comes off the map, and that can’t be undone). Statuses: Waiting for a quick check, On the map, Not accepted, Taken down by the team, Past and Withdrawn.
